Document List and templates in Review

The Document List remembers the last saved grid configuration. When viewing the sortable Document List at a later time, the columns that display, as well as their order, location, and sort appear the same as when you last viewed it. You can also create Document List templates for all users of the project or for your specific use. To switch between Display templates, click the template dropdown and select a different template.

Display templates appear in the following order of precedence.

1	Your last configuration.
2	The User Default template appears.
3	If no User Default template exists, the Project Default template appears.
4	If no Project Default template exists, the Default Display template appears.
